At Frapor Support Services Limited, we believe every child and young person has potential.
Our Children & Young People Outreach Service provides individualised, nurturing and person-centred support designed around the needs, strengths and aspirations of each young person.
We work alongside children, young people and their families to build confidence, develop life skills, encourage positive relationships and create opportunities for young people to participate, achieve and thrive.
SUPPORT THAT STARTS WITH THE YOUNG PERSON
Every young person is different. Their support should be too.
We take the time to understand the young person — their personality, interests, strengths, communication style, challenges and ambitions.
Our support is designed to help young people feel heard, valued and understood, while giving them the encouragement and practical support they need to develop.
We work closely with families and, where appropriate, other professionals to create a consistent and positive support network.

Our outreach workers aim to build positive, respectful and consistent relationships, giving young people someone they can feel comfortable talking to, learning with and growing alongside.

SUPPORTING THE WHOLE FAMILY

We understand that supporting a child or young person is a shared journey.
Parents, carers and families can sometimes need someone alongside them — someone who listens, understands and provides practical support.
Where appropriate, we work collaboratively with parents, carers, schools, social care professionals and other members of a young person's support network to help create consistency and positive outcomes.
Our aim is to build trusting relationships and clear communication, while keeping the young person's wellbeing at the centre.
